At Ragan Family Eye Care, our optometrist, Dr. Kimberly Johnson Ragan, has dedicated herself to always providing the highest quality eye care. Dr. Kimberly Johnson Ragan
Kimberly Johnson Ragan, O.D. is a native of Jackson, MS. She received her Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from Jackson State University in 2000, where she graduated with honors. She went on to receive with honors her Doctor of Optometry degree from Southern College of Optometry in 2004.
Upon graduation, Dr. Ragan worked in the Jackson area as an associate with Dr. Dewey A. Handy for 2 1/2 years. In January 2007, she opened her independent private practice in Madison, MS where she has continued to grow her practice and is passionate about caring for her patient's needs of all ages.
Dr. Ragan is a member of several organizations including the American Optometric Association, Mississippi Optometric Association, National Optometric Association and the Madison County Lion's Club.
When not caring for patients, Dr. Ragan focuses her attention on family. She enjoys spendng time with her wonderful husband James and beautiful daughter Madison.
